Watch Mr. Wiggles!
Hugo is finding his form with his limbs. Jen has dubbed his arms "the CEO hands." His eyes are open more often as well. Quite entertaining. Also entertaining is Hugo under the influence....from wiggly to catatonic.....we like to call this, the "booby coma." Evidence below.
