A first....made it all the way today.

Mike sent this the other day of Hugo playing a Chinese erhu.  Apparently Hugo saw a man playing it, was curious, and the man let him have a shot at it.  Great picture.

Class K Graduation - Hooray for Hugo

Prior to the graduation we were told two things:  1) send in a white shirt and white shorts for Hugo to "practice" with and 2) come in disguise and sit in the back.  Although we were curious about the first request, we completely understood the second.  If Hugo recognized us during the show, he'd loose his squash and the show would be over, at least for him, and us.

Of course, Hugo thought he spotted us and started to fuss.
So Mommy, Daddy, and Uncle Mike had to sit behind
a curtain.  We peaked in occasionally to see the show.

When the show was over, Hugo was so happy and relieved to see us
he started to cry. Big Hug from Mommy.  Hugo won "best hugs"
in his class.

We have Uncle Mike in town visiting us and the boys are having a ball!  Here's the action from a few nights ago—full of beans as you can see!  Also, Dash is in underwear!  That's right, he's potty trained :).

All Aboard!
Here we all are, riding Thomas the Tank Engine along the banks of the Delaware River!  It was hotter than molten lava in those coaches but a good time was had!  (click here if you can't view video).

Dashiel's 3rd birthday adventure

We took the family for an overnight trip to Pennsylvania and got to enjoy some swimming and a Thomas the Train "traveling show"for Dash's birthday.  It was incredibly hot inside the non-air conditioned train car.  But we managed with lollipops for everyone (even the families around us).  A new scooter greeted Dash once we got home.

At 3, Dash is the family cheerleader.  He has the ultimate team spirit.  If Mommy is shouting for Evan in a crowd, Dash is shouting "EEEVVVVVANNNNN" even louder.  If he is missing Hugo, "I go find GO-GO!!"  He has no shame in telling you, "I love you soooo much."  And at the end of every night he wants "to cuddle."  He is already quite the artist (like his Daddy) and is quite the clown when he isn't crying real tears over something minor (like his mommy).
