What the heck! We spend our summers swimming and so far this season, it's been remarkably cold. We stuck it out anyway, up at Lake Welch, but Dash didn't have a problem...he was built for the beach regardless of temperature.

Today's Activities.
we went to the doctor this AM and were relieved to know that Dash didn't have chicken pox. He wasn't contagious...WooHoo!!...so we were off to meet Hugo at the Summer Carnival at his new school, PS255@151. Face painting and fun!

Our Lady of Fatima Day Camp
Dawn of a new day...and Dash is off to day camp for the next two weeks. This will be the same location where he will attend Pre-Kindergarten in September, where he will be required to wear "formers;" which is Dashiel-speak for uniform.

Burger Boy
On our return trip from East Stroudsburg yesterday, Hugo actually wanted an entire hamburger. True to form though, Hugo eats his burger his own special way :), which involves eating most of the bread first. What the pictures don't convey is that he is talking to, or about, his hamburger as he eats it.
