Hugo & Dash from today

...oh, and Dash got a haircut.

Dash rides his new bike...

Jen and I both figure it was around 6 or 7 when we both learned to ride a bike.  For me, I remember learning on my Dad's old bike from the 40's or something; it was solid steel, painted orange, with a training wheel on one side.

Dash has some growing into his new blue bike - also heavy as a tank for its size.  He's not quite strong enough yet to push the pedals for an extended ride, but he'll get there.  If the video doesn't show up below, click here to view.

A Brown family first - seeing Santa

We walked from Macy's windows to the Plaza Hotel where we took pics with Santa. Of course Hugo led Evan on his own route.  Thank God for cell phones.  Hugo at first wanted to see Santa but then thought better. Mom used her human seatbelt move. Jaw jutting out and all! Merry Christmas!

Post Halloween costume

Hugo didn't dress up for the several Halloween themed events we went to. This year he seemed more spooked than years past. But the last couple days he's spoken of himself as a super hero. He's off from school for the election today so here he is heading into speech therapy in his new costume of choice.
