Hugo at Play
With great weather, we've been able to get Hugo out and running around...and boy, can he run around. We have trouble keeping up.
There hasn't been a visit to the park yet, in Astoria, where we haven't been told what a "beautiful boy" he is. Either that, or he gets blessed by kind older ladies.
But Hugo has no time for pleasantries. The park, any park really, must be explored!
Still with the orange toys...
Expensive toys? Who needs them...just send us a box. Or a $5 Kitty...
We've solved the kitty problem, at least for now. We'll be going to Ikea to stock up for future kitty shortages.
Holding mommy's hand as Hugo walks around the front of our apartment.

Beautiful Day for Swinging
Finally, some great weather in Astoria and Hugo got on to the swing for the first time in his life....and he only had to wait five minutes (usually the park is swarmed with mommies, nannies and babies on nice days). Apparently, he had fun but was more interested in checking out the kid-action rather than swinging.
"...not much happening to the right..."
"...not much happening to the left. Guess it's just you and me, Kitty."

Tarzan, Lord of the Crib
Jen and I never know what we're going to see when we open his door.
We have no idea how he wiggled his arm out his onesie, but we aren't surprised, really. We've known him to remove socks and pants with relative ease.
"He's strong to the finish 'cause he drinks his spinach." Actually it's a green fruit juice smoothie.
Standard procedure after waking from a nap is to fire the entire contents of the crib (that isn't tied down) on to the floor.
